Sochi The game is not yet over
The leader of Russia's Islamists has ended a moratorium on attacks by his group inside Russia and called on his fighters to attack next February's winter Olympics in Sochi. VoR talks to Sergei Strokan, a political commentator for Russia's Kommersant newspaper, about the seriousness of the threat. In a video address dated last month, Doku Umarov said the groups under his overall leadership should use "maxiumum force" to prevent the Games from taking place. Sochi is just 250 miles from the republics of Chechnya and Dagestan, where many Russian Islamists are based.
